Shipping and Applicable Tax
To assure the quality and safety of products shipped, we use Federal Express: Two day delivery domestically (within USA) at a fixed cost of $25; international priority delivery at a fixed cost of $125. This cost appears at Step 4 of the Checkout process. Tax is applicable only to products purchased by residents of the state of Oklahoma and is 8.375%.

We have taken care in the shipping and handling of your product; if for any reason it did not reach you in good condition, please contact us immediately at hefnercollection@hefnercollection.com. If for any other reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it (in its original condition) within 30 days for a complete refund. You will be responsible for return shipping so please retain the original shipping materials for your use.
